A little about us
JSV, LLC is a construction company specializing in custom residential home building. Based in Belmont, MA, it is headed by Ray and Sarah Lemieux.
Ray has nearly twenty years of experience building with a highly-respected local residential home builder. He has a current Construction Supervisor’s license, holds LEED For Homes certification and has built three LEED-certified homes, is a certified Passive Homes Consultant, is a registered real estate salesperson with ePlace Homes in Cambridge, MA, and has earned various other industry qualifications. Ray has extensive experience in all phases of development, from site selection to design, working through the permitting process, working hand-in-hand with architects and sub-contractors, implementing construction plans, seeing projects to completion, and supporting all steps toward marketing and selling properties. He is particularly committed to building highly durable, quality-built homes that utilize high-efficiency systems.
Sarah has a master’s degree in Historic Preservation and spent several years working in commercial real estate acquisitions. During that time she was responsible for much of the acquisitions process including asset selection, all financial projections, investment materials, due diligence, and closings. Currently, in addition to partnering in the planning and design, she handles purchases, sales, financing, construction draws, and all business and financial matters for her and Ray’s personal and professional real estate investments.
